2 cups of flour
4 tsps. baking powder
1 ½ tsps. salt
2 sticks of butter (ice cold)
2 cups of sourdough starter (I keep mine sort of runny)
In bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Then I cut in the butter in a food processor so it gets done really quick without melting the butter.
Add the sourdough starter and stir until blended. Transfer this dough to a lightly floured surface. I roll it about 3/4" to 1" thick and cut biscuits with a metal tumbler, but whatever shape you want is fine.
Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
