4 Tbsp pineapple juice
1½ Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp sucanat/sugar
Put in bottom of pan, place pineapples on top.
In a separate bowl, mix:
2½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
Add:
1½ cup juice and water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sucanat/sugar
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
