2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
3 cups cooked wide egg noodles
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, optional
Directions:
Warm the spaghetti sauce, stir in the mozzarella and cottage cheese. Fold in noodles.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 375 until bubble, about 30 minutes. If desired, top with chopped fresh parsley.
