2 cups oats
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Coriander (or cinnamon for these spices)
½ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1¼ cup water
¼ c oil
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Add 1 cup raisins.
Bake 15 minutes @ 350 or 12 minutes @ 375.
