2 ½ cups all- purpose flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup cold butter
1 large egg
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 can (14oz) sweet condensed milk
1 bag Health toffee chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg, mix. Add half a bag of chocolate chips. Save 1 ½ cups of crumbs for topping, press the rest in a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Pour milk over crust, sprinkle with half a bag of toffee bits, remaining crumb mixture, remaining chocolate chips. Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with remain toffee bits.
Cut once completely cool.
