5-6 cups frozen strawberries (whole or sliced)
12 oz Frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
6 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
Prebaked graham cracker crust (large)
Directions:
Bring strawberries and concentrate slowly to a boil. Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in water. Once to a boil, stir in dissolved cornstarch, turning down heat, and stirring constantly until cloudiness clears. Pour into crust. Chill until well set. Serve.
