3-4 cup flour (whole wheat)
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp soy flour (or gluten flour)
1 tsp salt
1½ cup water
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/3 cup raisins, optional
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately. Mix the two together and knead until smooth. Shape into a loaf. Let rise to double. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
